Workforce Institute— About Us Page Redesign
Project overview
The existing About Us page contained valuable information but lacked a clear visual hierarchy and cohesive storytelling. My goal was to restructure the content so visitors could quickly understand the Workforce Institute’s purpose, mission, values, and impact while redesigning it to match the new branding colors & style.
Problem statement
Visitors need to quickly understand what the Workforce Institute does, why it exists, and what it stands for. However, the existing About Us page presented this information in a way that made the content difficult to scan and understand, reducing clarity and engagement.

The redesign transforms the About Us page from a primarily informational page into a more engaging storytelling experience.
By strengthening visual hierarchy, and incorporating meaningful imagery and concise content blocks, the page better communicates WorkForce Institute's mission while making it easier for prospective learners, employers, and educational partners to quickly understand the organization's purpose and value.
Proposed Design
Key Design decisions
01 — Improved Information Hierarchy
Reorganized the content into clearly defined sections with stronger headings, spacing, and visual separation to make the page easier to scan.
02 — Mission & Vision
Separated the Mission and Vision into individual content cards to give each message greater emphasis and improve readability.
03 — Core Values
Transformed the three core values — Integrity, Diligence, and Success — into visually distinct cards using imagery and supporting content.
04 — Stronger Storytelling
Created a clearer narrative connecting the workforce challenge, Workforce Institute's role, and its mission, helping visitors understand the organization's purpose.
05 — Improved Readability
Refined typography, spacing, paragraph lengths, and alignment to make the information easier to read and digest.
